Naples Beach Club,a landmark development on Florida’s Gulf Coast, has appointed Warisan to produce guestroom furniture for the first phase of its rollout. Developed by The Athens Group with interiors by New York–based Champalimaud Design, the project blends private residences with an elevated resort experience on one of Florida’s most desirable waterfront addresses.
The property will feature a boutique hotel, luxury residences, wellness facilities, dining, and members’ club amenities, all envisioned with a spirit of understated coastal elegance.
Building on previous collaborations with Champalimaud, Warisan has been entrusted to deliver furniture that aligns with the studio’s design language while reflecting the relaxed sophistication of Naples. Each piece is custom made, balancing comfort, durability, and refined craftsmanship.
With over 35 years of experience, Warisan unites modern production with time-honoured skill. All furniture is crafted in its fully owned East Java facility, where more than 400 artisans and project specialists ensure precision and quality at scale. Sustainability remains central to this process: all wood-based elements are produced using SVLK-certified teak and responsibly sourced plantation hardwoods.
This appointment highlights Warisan’s growing role in North America’s luxury hospitality and residential markets. Following projects in Hawaii, the Caribbean, and Asia-Pacific, Naples Beach Club reinforces the brand’s global capability and alignment with design-led developments that redefine the resort-residential experience.
As the project takes shape, Warisan is proud to contribute bespoke furniture solutions that support Naples Beach Club’s vision, timeless design, coastal sophistication, and hospitality at its most refined.
