Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman has been awarded the International Property Award 2024–2025 for Hotel Interior, Cayman Islands, underscoring the project’s design excellence in one of the region’s most competitive categories. The recognition affirms the hotel’s place as a benchmark for integrated hospitality design in the Caribbean.
As part of the project delivery, Warisan supplied custom furniture for all guest rooms and outdoor spaces, working to the specification of design studio Farouki Farouki. Each piece was produced to emphasize durability, refined finishes, and brand consistency, ensuring the interiors not only reflected the designers’ intent but also met the demands of long-term use in a coastal environment.
This interior award follows earlier recognition for the property. In the 2023–2024 cycle, Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman was honored at the country level with International Property Awards for Hotel Architecture and New Hotel Construction & Design, signaling the project’s strength across multiple disciplines.
The 2024 interior accolade highlights the project’s commitment to holistic design excellence, with Warisan’s contribution focused on delivering a guestroom experience that balances craft, comfort, and resilience.
