Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru has been awarded a Five-Star rating by Forbes Travel Guide for 2024, a benchmark of excellence recognised across the global hospitality industry. Warisan contributed to the resort’s 200-Series Land Villas, producing custom furniture to Avalon Collective’s specification and supporting the resort’s commitment to refined, long-term guest environments.
Working to Avalon Collective’s design intent, Warisan produced a full suite of villa furnishings for the 200-Series Land Villas, manufactured in our owned facility in East Java to ensure consistency, precision and scalability. Each piece is crafted from responsibly sourced Indonesian teak (SVLK/V-Legal certified), kiln-dried and hand-finished to perform reliably in tropical conditions. Joinery systems, finish tolerances and protective coatings were defined for coastal durability, enabling a level of material quietness and stability that complements the villa architecture and meets the operational demands of a high-performance island resort.
