All custom furniture is made to order; with an average lead-time of 90 days not including shipping. Alternatively you may select from stock items for which we have a limited inventory in the Best Sellers Collections. If you need quick delivery, ready stock, or purchase for small order quantities, we encourage you to buy from Best Sellers.

Order minimums apply to all other collections; an average minimum order would be between 10-20 pieces per style. Modifications to existing models are only undertaken for order quantities in excess of 20 pieces per style.

During ordering pay special attention to the type of wood required. Our furniture is offered in either Plantation Teak or Mahogany. For Rustic and Primitive collections you may also prefer to use Recycled Teak. Certain models of furniture work better in specific timber, and the type of finish on these specific timbers should be considered. Importantly it should be noted that only teak is suitable for outdoor use, and the finish for this outdoor collection is our standard teak oil. Generally furniture produced from Mahogany is less expensive than teak.

Mahogany may look better in darker tones. You should consider such finishing colors as Antique or Dark Antique for a beautiful result. It is preferable that lighter items are made in teak. Teak wood has more strength and is suitable therefore lighter furniture with smaller components.
